Arrived to pick up a rental car today at 11am, kiosk was shut. Lots of customers waiting and no proper information. Branch was meant to open an 9am. Told by customer service after waiting on hold for a while that someone would arrive in about 2 hours. We couldnt wait, complete shambles wouldnt recommend in the slightest.
Do NOT rent or do business with Hertz UK! Reserved a car 3 months ago to be picked up in Scotland we were not late, when we arrived the lady casually said "so sorry we gave your car away. Then forced us into a luxury because according to her that was all they had and was 700 pounds more than the one we reserved
