Shocking service, slow to deliver, ripped off on delivery and have removed all accessories that come with the item as standard.
DONT DO IT! Id give them zero but I cant! CompAdvance have no understanding or appreciation of consumer rights. The laptop was delivered almost cracked in half but they refused to provide me a with replacement, to fix the product or give me a refund. Supported by the consumer rights agency I did not give up and managed to get my money back through Chargeback; almost 7 months later. If this company try and screw you over I wouldnt be surprised but keep fighting - contact the Consumer Rights Agency for advice. CompAdvance are selfish money makers that dont care about their customers. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE - ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
I did a thorough search on CompAdvance Ltd before I purchased from them. All seemed OK. I was very pleased with the swift and efficient handling of my order but was most impressed by the "above and beyond" level of customer service. I recently purchased a HP all in one desktop from this company at an excellent price. The computer was delivered within 2 days! and was in perfect condition. As I couldn't find the Bluetooth receiver for the wireless mouse and keyboard I contacted their customer support who were extremely helpful and I located the receiver. Overall my experience of this company is excellent with fantastic customer support.
