Anytime I've been or phoned, the staff are excellent. Please remember these people are overworked because of cuts. A bit of praise needed
Rang today to make an appointment got told we don't have any available today tomorrow or next month or ??? ring back everyday you may get someone's cancellation...just keep ringing. How has basic medical care in a developed nation got to this stage.
Never in my life reception staff rude and can't get anyone to answer phone bad run
We were holidaying in the area from elsewhere in the UK and despite this the receptionist at A&E was very helpful in resolving any administrative issues around being seen by NHS Scotland (records etc). Granted, we went on a weekday and so were seen almost immediately and I don't think the staff could have been more effective at keeping my child and myself calm, dealing with the injury quickly and equipping us with the information needed to leave patched up, safe and ready to provide any aftercare at home and signs to look out for should we need to return.They even spotted a health issue I had and whilst there, took steps to ensure that I was addressing it. Very helpful, clean, efficient and filled me with confidence to use their services if necessary in the future; great staff.
