I found everyone I spoke with to be very friendly and warm. Portpatrick is a gorgeous place to visit. They also offer various gifts which are great not only for supporting a lovely cause but also to take home as a souvenir.
Nice wee shop to go into run by husband and wife volunteers all proceeds go towards the local life boat
