Town centre hotel with great food and clean rooms, there are padlocks on the door up to the rooms so no way any intruder is getting in.

Ok as a pub not a great place to stay though 2*is because you do get a very good/large Scottish breakfast

Decent food at a reasonable price and quick, friendly service. The place was pretty much empty when we were there and they had only just starting serving so can't comment on how they deal with busy periods. Nice, clean interior and a real log fire. Good range of alcoholic and soft drinks. I would go again.
